The books arrived as promised, were very well packaged for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much for such professional handling of my order.

I had no problem with the ordering website and finding books I wanted and give them high marks. But your shipping service receives zero stars. Their site was useless to get info about order, keep saying error. Unfortunately the shipment was delivered on a rainy day and when I tried to pick up the box it fell apart, soaked and dirty. Books managed to survive. Get a new shipping service. Great book site with prices hard to beat.

I was having trouble with the shipping website Wizmo not recognizing my order number, coming up error. Your customer service responded but didn't really help. Books came in a rain soaked box that fell apart when I picked it up. Had dirt on it, too.

Every Parent and educator needs to know this website. Great book selection for every age. Books came in great, looks-new condition. We only waited a little more than a week and for Free Shipping, that's pretty fast. My toddler loves her books and we're very happy with our purchase.

The Book Outlet is always a crap shoot. They don't post the condition of their books b/c they're supposedly "new" but shelf wear alone can bring the condition of the books they sell down to a "good" or sometimes even"poor". They don't do much to protect them either when shipped. They just throw your books in a box and off they go. A little bit more effort would be a appreciated

I have been trying to get a hold of your company for 2 days now and not sure what else to do.
I received an email saying my order would be delivered on Saturday the 3rd of September. I did receive an order but it wasn't mine. I emailed the support line but still no response. What do I do with the books I received since they aren't mine, and how do I get the books I ordered.
I would really like to speak with someone, please contact me as soon as possible.

This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet and I am so impressed! Processing time was definitely not Amazon's prime - but for the price of books it was 110% worth the wait. All my books came well packaged, none were damaged, mix of hardcover and paperback (don't think it tells you before hand what format, but I could be wrong). I would highly recommend and will be ordering again!

Thought I'd give these guys a try. Ordered two books from them. Which I'm still waiting on. 3 days after I ordered one book from one of the competitors and got that book before theirs. Like I said I'm still waiting, lesson learned one and done.
